Crystina has worked in the coffee industry since 2007, with the last decade focused on specialty coffee. Her journey began working in cafés in Florida before relocating to Seattle in 2014, where she became immersed in the city’s specialty coffee community and expanded her experience across multiple areas of the industry.
In 2021, Crystina dedicated herself to learning coffee roasting, spending the year refining her skills while roasting for several Seattle coffee companies. During that time, she first connected with the StoneX Specialty Coffee team and officially joined the company in 2022 as a Customer Service Assistant.
In April 2023, Crystina transitioned into New Business Development, where she has played a key role in the growth and evolution of the company’s digital presence. Her work has helped shape the development of the StoneX Specialty Coffee website and ecommerce platform, supporting both customer experience and long term business growth.
With a background that spans café operations, roasting, customer experience, and digital development, Crystina is passionate about creating meaningful connections throughout the coffee supply chain and helping specialty coffee become more accessible to customers.
Outside of work, she enjoys photography, caring for her houseplants, hiking, and spending time with her family.
