At StoneX Specialty Coffee, we aim to provide a streamlined and transparent shipping experience. Please review the details below.
Shipping Coverage
We ship within the continental United States only.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii cannot be completed through the website and must be arranged directly through a StoneX green coffee merchant.
Freight & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the contents of your cart, including total weight, warehouse location, distance and delivery requirements.
All orders must ship from a single warehouse. If items in your cart are located across multiple warehouses, you will need to place separate orders.
Additional services and delivery conditions may increase freight costs, including but not limited to:

- Liftgate service
- Delivery appointments
Shipping Terms & Adjustments
StoneX Specialty Coffee does not allow consolidation of shipments across orders or warehouses. All freight charges are based on the information provided at checkout. Any additional services, accessorials, or changes to delivery conditions requested after booking, or identified by the carrier at the time of delivery, may result in additional charges. These charges will be billed to the customer. Freight charges are subject to adjustment based on carrier reweigh, reclassification, or accessorial services identified after pickup or at delivery.
Delivery Requirements
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid commercial or residential address is required for all orders.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Delivery preferences and accessorial requirements may be added or updated at any time within the customer account profile.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is open, accessible, and able to receive freight at the scheduled delivery time.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery information, or inability to receive the shipment, the carrier may apply additional charges. These may include redelivery fees, storage fees, or other accessorial charges, which will be billed to the customer.
If a delivery appointment is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate availability and ensure all requirements are met at the time of delivery.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders received Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST are processed the same business day.
Orders received after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
All shipments are arranged through third-party carriers. Once your shipment is booked, carrier and tracking details will be provided when available. Delivery timelines vary based on carrier schedules and destination.
Delivery & Liability
StoneX Specialty Coffee is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once freight has been released to the carrier.
Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully. Any discrepancies or damages must be noted on the proof of delivery and reported within 1 business day. StoneX is not responsible for coordinating claims with the carrier, but our team will be as helpful as possible in the process.
