At StoneX Specialty Coffee, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Coverage
- We only ship within the continental United States.
- We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Costs & Rates
We offer the following shipping structure:
- Orders between 1–799 lbs: $300 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of 800 lbs or more: Shipping is included in the order total.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders received Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.
- Orders received after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- All shipments are arranged through third-party carriers outside of Shopify.
- Once your shipment is booked, we will provide carrier details and tracking information when available.
- Delivery times vary based on carrier schedules and destination.
Delivery & Liability
- StoneX Specialty Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damages occurring during transit.
- If an issue arises, we will work with the warehouse and the carrier to file a claim.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order and report any discrepancies within 1 day. Any damage must be documented on your proof of delivery. To learn more about receiving green coffee, read our blog here.
