Final Sale Policy
All sales transacted through the StoneX Specialty Coffee website are considered final. StoneX Specialty Coffee strictly does not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.
Sample Availability
To facilitate informed purchasing decisions, StoneX Specialty Coffee offers samples for all coffee qualities available for sale on our website. We highly recommend that customers request and review samples to ensure the product meets their requirements prior to making a purchase.
Damaged Goods
In the event that merchandise is received in a damaged condition, the purchaser must notify StoneX Specialty Coffee immediately by contacting our support team at coffeesupport@stonex.com. StoneX Specialty Coffee will assist the purchaser in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier. Any credit received from a successful damage claim will be applied to the purchaser's account and may be used towards a future order.
