Originally from Guam, Noah first planned to pursue a career in marine biology and spent time volunteering with organizations including the National Park Service and NOAA during their school years. After graduating high school, they moved to Washington to explore new opportunities and experiences beyond their island home.
While working as a barista, Noah discovered a passion for coffee that quickly grew into a career. Over the past several years, they have worked across multiple cafés, served as a barista trainer at Mr. West Café Bar, and earned their Green Coffee Foundation certification while continuing to deepen their knowledge of specialty coffee.
At StoneX Specialty Coffee, Noah works as a Quality Control Assistant and is excited to continue building a career in green coffee. They are especially passionate about learning more about coffee quality, sensory analysis, and the broader coffee supply chain, with future plans to pursue Q Grader certification.
Outside of work, Noah enjoys exploring food culture, reading novels and comic books, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
