Colombian Excelso EP is a washed Arabica coffee sourced from smallholder producers across Colombia’s main growing regions. Grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level, these coffees reflect the stable conditions and established production systems that define much of Colombia’s export supply.

Prepared under European Preparation standards, this coffee is sorted to remove defects and ensure a clean, consistent green profile. The Excelso grade is selected for uniformity and reliability, making it a practical option for roasters seeking predictable performance across multiple roasts and applications.

In the cup, Colombian Excelso EP shows balanced citrus acidity with good sweetness and body. The profile is clean and approachable, offering flexibility for both filter and espresso use while maintaining a straightforward expression of Colombian washed coffee.
