We have been closely following IEEPA Tariff updates from both the Courts and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and filed all eligible submissions through the CAPE portal immediately upon opening of the first phase of CAPE. The CBP is now returning duties in the form of IEEPA Tariff Credits.
IEEPA Tariff Credits are being provided on an entry-by-entry basis and our team is working diligently to tie out individual entries to lots sold to our customers. As CBP returns duties paid on individual lots we are returning those costs directly to the customers who paid them.
We appreciate your patience as our team processes the large volume of returned duties and ensures payments match customer lots. IEEPA Tariff Credits are coming!
