The story of Fazenda Campestre began in 1958, with the union of Mr. Mario and Mrs. Vita, who started their journey on a humble 10-hectare plot of land. With vision and determination, our grandfather laid the foundation for a thriving agricultural legacy. Starting with just ten cows producing 20 liters of milk daily and an annual coffee harvest of 20 bags, the seeds of growth and excellence were sown.

Today, Fazenda Campestre is a model of innovation and productivity. The farm produces 3,500 liters of milk daily, with state-of-the-art processes ensuring unparalleled quality. Our milk is pasteurized immediately after milking in a fully mechanized and sanitized system that guarantees freshness and safety. Of this, 1,800 liters are bottled and distributed daily to Varginha in refrigerated trucks, while the remainder is supplied to a cooperative.

The transformation in coffee production has been equally remarkable. With 120 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation, the farm now yields an average of 4,500 bags per year, most of which are harvested mechanically and marketed through cooperatives. Our coffee has been recognized with awards in prestigious quality contests, including sales to Japanese buyers who visited the farm to witness our meticulous processes. In 2017, we achieved an outstanding 97-point certification from Certifica Minas, underscoring our commitment to excellence.

But our pride goes beyond production. The farm is home to several springs, all of which are protected and reforested, reflecting our deep commitment to environmental stewardship. Every step we take is guided by the principle of sustainability, supported by ongoing training and studies to ensure we continuously improve and do more for the planet.
