Angela Sevilla started Finca Buena Vista with her husband in 2004 and managed it together until he passed away in 2012. Since then, she and her four children (2 boys and 2 girls) have managed all farm activities, keeping it a family business.
The farm is in La Fundadora, a small community near the capital city of the Jinotega region in Northern Nicaragua. The farm started with 2 hectares of land and has since grown to 5.3ha, producing 175 bags of coffee per year.
